You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the SUPPLY MANAGEMENT DIVISION of MARINE CORPS BASE.
Duties
You will perform the maintenance of the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Custodian Asset Report (CAR) for assigned Responsible Officer (RO) accounts.
You will prepare appointment letters, assists ROs in completing various supply forms and documents to adjust the DPAS records according to the situation.
You will represent the first line customer service representative and provide customer assistance and service to all aspects of the Base Property's Customer Support Section.
You will review Property Orders for accuracy and ensures each order is, valid, and records accountable property in the appropriate DPAS custodian account.
You will file and maintain the issue record of any completed order or signed receipts requested by customers.
You will update Base Property Database descriptions and monitor inventory level.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-04) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing supply databases to retrieve and enter information; providing customer assistance related to supply; stock, and inventory; and maintain files and records.

Education
You may also qualify based on education in lieu of the one year specialized experience listed above, through ONE of the following:
Successfully completed four years of education above high school level.
OR
Have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
