This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, and is located in the Legislative Archives, Presidential Libraries, and Museum Services (L), Office of Presidential Libraries (LP). Serves in the Barack Obama Presidential Library performing a variety of duties in connection with the creation of high-resolution photography of the artifact collection, including documentation, daily management of photo studio and equipment, artifact handling, and digitization of objects.

Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
For the GS-9, you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience experience at the GS-7 level or equivalent that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience operating standard and specialized camera and film processing equipment; AND
Experience using editing software to adjust digital images for optimal identification of artifacts.; AND
Experience using digital camera(s) and/or scanner(s), to create clear, appropriate digital images for a wide variety of artifacts and collection records following standard museum guidelines; AND
Utilizing oral or written communication skills to provide customer service interaction.
