This recruitment is for THREE position with the Office of Procurement, Acquisition, and Logistics (OPAL)- National Acquisition Center (NAC) - Denver Logistics Center (DLC) located in Golden Colorado.
Duties
Use judgement and discretion when working with customers through calls and correspondence.
Operate various office machines (e.g., personnel computers, printers, and copiers).
Communicate and treat customers in a courteous, tactful, timely, and respectful manner.
Provide consistent and accurate information according to established policies and procedures.
Handle conflicts and problems dealing with the customer constructively and appropriately.
Ensure outgoing devices have the correct shipping address.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 12/06/2023.
Specialized Experience GS-07
Applicants must have One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-05) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is handling customer requests for hearing-related devices and passing the information onto suppliers; utilizing computer software to create documents and/or input data and disposing of records to include computer data files.
There is no educational substitute for the GS-07 level.

Note: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities.
