About the Position: This position is with the 108th Training Command (IET), Command Group located in Charlotte, NC.

Duties

Establish programs to meet Command priorities Advise and consult the Commanding General on policy matters relative to Army Reserve programs and specific missions of the command Develop broad plans for force structure and force modernization activities Supervise the daily operations of the command through subordinate supervisors and leaders Approve expenses and assist in creating budgets Interview candidates and approve selections

• This position is subject to the Lautenberg Amendment/Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968.
• This position is subject to Drug Abuse Testing Program requirements.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
