A GS-2101-11, UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM (INSTRUCTOR):
Qualifications
GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Applicants must have experience, education, or training in following directives and regulations. Experience interpreting and applying published directives or regulations. Experience communicating with others.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least 36 months of experience, education, or training routine and non-routine preflight, in-flight, post-flight, ground or command and control (C2) duties according to specific transportation functions. Receives, interprets, extracts, and disseminates relevant data for mission planning or execution. Experience coordinating and negotiating with organizations/personnel both orally and in writing to resolve differences/problems. Or 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade.
Education
Education Requirements:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience:
1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade.
