Duties

This is a dual functioning position. Performs the duties of a MCCS Coordinator and Administrative Specialist and reports to the Director of Marine Corps Family Team Building.

Qualifications

Four years¿ experience which demonstrates knowledge of the following: demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing; ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees, both inside and outside the organization; coalition building skills and sufficient experience to effectively establish cooperative relationships with military and civilian personnel at all levels. Knowledge of the full spectrum of services offered by MCCS. And three years administrative experience. Ability to establish realistic long and short-term goals and objectives, set achievable deadlines and react quickly to changing priorities. Must possess strong customer service skills and be able to tactfully communicate with all levels of the military and civilian community. Must have experience working independently. Must have ability to gather, assemble and analyze information, draw conclusions and devise solutions to problem areas.This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.
