Duties

Provides comprehensive non-clinical case management services in support of ensuring clients receive timely, efficient, and effective services in the areas of general behavioral health and domestic violence.  Keeps all parties with a “need to know” informed of progress with respect to the various clinical and psychoeducational services offered by the Family Advocacy Program.

Qualifications

Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in human services or related field leading to a bachelor’s degree, from an accredited college or university, with two years of specialized experience in case management in human services or a related field, is required. Must have two years of work related experience specific to domestic violence and child abuse. Must be very proficient and have strong skills in the use of computers and with the Microsoft Office suite of programs. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Must successfully complete a criminal history background check. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.
