Duties
You will assist the Housing Referral Manager in the operation, administration and management of the Housing Referral Service Program and the Equal Opportunity in Off-Base Housing Program.
You will keep continuous contact and liaison with realtors, owners, agents and property managers within your area of responsibility.
You will conduct organizational orientations and participate in open houses and family days.
You will inspect housing facilities offered for listing to ensure suitability according to criteria established by Marine Corps Orders.
You will maintain current data on area rental costs.
You will be responsible for prompt validation and investigation of all complaints/disputes brought to the attention of the Referral Office regarding whether reported by tenant or landlord.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing housing referral services to military personnel and their dependents.
