The Office of Infrastructure Lifecycle Management Office (NA-91) within NA-90 has a job opportunity for a Program Manager (Assistant Deputy Associate Administrator), EN-0340-05.

Duties

As a Program Manager (Assistant Deputy Associate Administrator) you will: Provide overall executive leadership for planning, programming, budget, and execution of infrastructure and/or infrastructure-related activities. Ensure a sustainable capability to execute mission objectives now and in the future by balancing near-term operational needs and longer-term capability requirements related to recapitalization and modernization of the NNSA infrastructure. Direct, oversee, and evaluate overall work accomplishment of staff. Review projects, reports, group, and individual performance for consistency with policies, regulations, adequacy, timeliness, and effective utilization of resources. Manage the development of policy and directs the implementation of DOE/NNSA decision regarding infrastructure operation, maintenance, and modernization. Provide contract management, budget formulation, human resource management; performance assurance; performance evaluation; internal review; quality assurance; training; Congressional, Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act Inquiries; process improvement; standard operating procedure evaluation, development, and revision; and support service contract oversight.

Experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression (NNSA pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service i.e., NQ/NN/EN-04 or GS-15).
