Duties
You will develop and maintain proper correspondence management processes, including proper construction of letters, actions officer assignments and suspense controls.
You will develop and install systems to control the location, arrangement, access to and use of files.
You will provide instruction, training material and guides for correspondence preparation, improved letter writing techniques, correspondence style to costumers.
You will conduct periodic surveys, analyzes data, and reviews operating procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of the local records management program.
You will maintains standard operating procedures for systematic cataloging, storage, retention, retrieval, transfer and disposition of files, records, and documents.

Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
GS 09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience performing planning, organizing, control work involving diverse activities and communicating. Examples of specialized experience should include some or all of the following: 1) Collecting, validating, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data in information papers, spreadsheets, and briefings. 2) Developing and maintaining proper correspondence management processes. 3) Filing/record maintenance, transfer and disposition methods. 4) Developing forms and providing improvement for existing forms. 5) Preparing reports to track metrics and status reports.
GS 07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience performing planning, organizing, control work involving diverse activities and communicating. Examples of specialized experience should include some or all of the following: 1) Assisting with the collecting and organizing data in information papers, spreadsheets and briefings. 2) Following proper correspondence management processes. 3) Filing/record maintenance, transfer and disposition methods. 4) Developing forms and assisting to provide improvement for existing forms. 5) Preparing reports to track metrics and status reports.

Education
