This position is located at Carlisle Barracks Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Marketing Department. Limited Tenure Position: This position is in the support of the rebranding and relaunch for the F&B Catering Program. The position is only temporarily needed for the mission and will not exceed SIX MONTHS. Duties

Assists in establishing and developing effective marketing plans. Self-guided research into and knowledge of Food, Beverage, and Entertainment industry trends and perception. Aids in creation and development of marketing and advertising strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand identity. Marketing plans consist of comprehensive publicity, promotional, sales and merchandising strategies and campaigns. Includes recommendations for various media layouts such as copy, photographic, print, and broadcast releases. Facilitate customer engagement and retention off-site through various marketing channels in order to improve expand outreach, visibility and value.

Requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge of general business, marketing, advertising, merchandising and public relations practices, methods and processes. Highly Preferred Criteria: 1. Experience working with Adobe CC focusing on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. 2. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design and web design production. 3. Strong research and analytical skills 4. The ability to work as part of a creative team, multi-task and work independently.
