You will serve as a Program Assistant in the NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT COLUMBUS.
Duties
You will explain an organization's programs, policies, or requirements to others.
You will archive electronic documents to maintain an organized and accessible computerized database.
You will answer questions from applicants regarding the recruitment process.
You will monitor enlisted assignments to support achievement of a military organization's recruiting goals.
You will create spreadsheets, graphs, or charts to report data trends to senior management.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Answering and responding to numerous telephone calls and interviewing callers in a military recruiting environment; 2) Tracking military recruit leads from initial response to final disposition using military recruiter management systems; 3) Managing, maintaining, and digitizing direct mailing lists and providing updated listings to military recruiters; 4) Maintaining file documentation for all leads generated applicants and contracts; and 5) Gathering, recording and providing statistical data to assist military Advertising Coordinator in determining advertising effectiveness.
