You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) in the NAVY RECRUITING DISTRICT of NRD ST LOUIS.

Duties
You will identify gaps or inconsistencies in human resources records.
You will extract personnel actions from a human resources information system for distribution to customers.
You will respond to customer inquiries by researching human resources rules or regulations.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintain files or records; 2) Using personal computers and software to prepare a variety of reports and correspondence; 3) Reviewing documents for proper formatting and accuracy in spelling, grammar and punctuation. Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successfully completed four years of education above high school level.
OR
Have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
