About the Position: This position will be filled as a Term Appointment NTE 2 years. The position is located at U.S. Army Garrison-Miami, part of the Installation Management Command (IMCOM), which is dedicated to providing Service members and their families a high quality of life and ensuring good stewardship in our host community. Duties
Perform a full range of administrative support services, including administrative, management or analyst duties that require analytical ability, judgment, discretion and knowledge of the organization's reimbursable agreements program activities.
Analyze agreements to determine the impact on administrative processes and the feasibility of making modifications to accomplish mission requirements.
Maintain and track manpower and funding data to determine the relationship between funds consumed and workload accomplished, and makes recommendations to tenant activities, management, and functional staff on actions as necessary.
Provide assistance in monitoring direct charge work breakdown structure (WBS) financial projections, obligations and expenditures.
Make purchases in accordance with purchasing plan and coordinates accountable item purchases.
Ensure that all functional phases of the program are effective and applicable to the program.
Process requests for personnel actions from reimbursable activities using appropriate personnel management systems.
Provide direct administrative and procedural support by organizing, collecting, analyzing, and presenting information related to the current and future reimbursable agreements workload.
Act as organizational representative and point of contact for assigned reports, taskers, etc.
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes; applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques used to gather information and the ability to integrate data to make recommendations and interpret guidance, assess the support agreements program and effective and efficient position management, reorganization/realignment, organization structure, staffing, manpower utilization and training needs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).

Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the second lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
