Duties
You will review travel orders for completeness verifying information concerning departure date, destination, name of traveler, accounting data from the service member command.
You will process and oversee travel arrangements for deceased members, their escorts and dependents. This includes confirmation of reservations, endorsement to travel orders and providing itineraries for travel.
You will review passenger travel requests to ensure proper modes, contract carriers, rental cars and travel routes are being utilized at the least cost to the government.
You will maintain and file all military and civilian orders in alphabetical order within the passenger service filling system.
You will assist in the payment of bills received.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of general experience at or equivalent to the grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Completion of at least two full academic years of education above high school.
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
