Experience: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Overseeing the planning, direction and execution of assigned program segment(s). Managing the development and assignment of goals and objectives of subordinate organizational units or lower organization levels. Collaborating with other organizational elements to determine and coordinate work changes; budget planning; reporting requirements; and managing logistics, internal controls, security and personnel. Identifying and determining recommendations and alternative options for current and long-range plans and adjusting work assignments to meet program goals. Analyzing, interpreting, and disseminating guidance on applying complex legislative policy and regulatory decisions that affect assigned program segment(s).
