You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Joint Undersea Weapons Program Office of PEO UNDERSEA WARFARE SYSTEMS.
Duties
You will serve as a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager and advisor to management to evaluate and increase efficiencies within the submarine acquisition, maintenance, and modernization programs.
You will analyze program plans to assess achieved milestones and requirements for the full scope of activities associated with acquisition issues.
You will ensure program schedules are met within workforce and fiscal resources.
You will provide long range plans for the cost, performance, schedule of diverse teams and acquisition efforts within the scope of assigned areas.
You will establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects concerning the development, installation, integration, and testing, relative to the acquisition process.
You will brief senior leadership and makes recommendations based on findings.
You will prepare coordinated reports, presentations and briefings in support of program actions.
You will analyze requirements to develop program reporting including the specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and evaluation methodology.
You will lead studies, surveys, reviews, and/or research projects to evaluate program accomplishments, effectiveness, and compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.
You will develop evaluation plans, metrics, procedures, and methodology as a result of studies performed.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing analysis or oversight of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case management (e.g., negotiating working agreements, formulating schedules, maintaining case file documentation) to ensure compliance with FMS program requirements.
