This position is located at MWR Rents Facility on Fort Huachuca, AZ. This is a flexible position (0-40 hours) with no eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans. Duties

Required to utilize a forklift in order to issue/receive equipment and tow recreational vehicles upon issue/return of equipment. This position may require work in various facilities depending on customer demand or program activities. May be required to open and/or close various facilities to include doors and windows, as well as issue and receive recreational equipment, and collect appropriate fees. Must be able to pre-check and prepare equipment for customers, explain use, monitor proper usage, and perform general housekeeping to make recreation equipment/facilities/playing fields ready for use. Required to monitor inventory, number, and condition of items on hand, as well as clean recreation equipment, supplies and facility area. Must be able to arrange furniture and equipment of various types and sizes for events, as well as put up and take down special event decorations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Must be able and willing to work mostly weekends, weekdays as needed, holidays, as well as occasional evening.
• Must possess and have the ability to maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of appointment to meet the Department of Labor federal age requirements to perform towing and to operate a forklift.
• Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a forklift operation certification.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Appointment subject to favorable suitability determination.
• U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Must possess demonstrated ability to performs the duties described above; secure facility, issue equipment to customers, collect fees (ex: registration for trip, payment of rented equipment etc.), and monitor inventory (ex. Supplies, equipment etc.) 2. Must have and retain a valid driver's license.
