About the Position: This position is located at Fort Novosel, Alabama. This position is a part of the Defense Health Agency.

Duties

Assist patients by contacting medical services offices on his/her behalf and handle special situation for which no mechanism has been established. Safeguard the ethical, statutory, and constitutional rights of patients. Respond to inquiries from the Inspector General’s Office. Assist in gathering information on Congressional or Inspector General Inquiries. Operate a computer with word processing and other software to prepare a variety of materials.
