You will serve as a EDUCATION TECHNICAN OFFICE AUTOMATION ASSISTANT in the ACADEMIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT (ADS) of NAVMED OPER TRNG CENTER.
Duties
You will provide administrative support to SWMI courses.
You will provide guidance, administrative support, monitoring, and master filing of courses control documents as directed.
You will meet with course supervisors, curriculum developers to define the training requirements.
You will make recommended changes to the Training Project Plan (TPP)
You will utilize command directed assessment software websites.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized Experience. Examples of Qualifying Experience:
Use an automated system (e.g., management information system, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) to extract information.
Experience assisting with clerical and administrative functions to support the needs of the organization.
Experience preparing reports and maintaining documents in electronic files for easy retrieval.
Experience verifying evaluations for accuracy prior to submission to Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS).
Experience in effectively communicating orally and in writing with civilian and military personnel of all ranks/grades.
