You will serve as a SUPV SEXUAL ASSAULT RESPONSE COORDINATOR (SAR WF) located at Behavioral Health Marine Corps Base Hawaii located at MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII.
Duties
You will perform the fill range of administrative and technical supervisory duties including work planning, assignments, training, discipline and leave.
You will plan, administer, provide oversight and guidance, and develops and manages overall work of the office.
You will coordinate response activities in the event of a sexual assault report.
You will ensure victims are receiving direct and indirect services to receive guidance and emotional support during administrative, medical, investigative, and legal procedures.

You will provide leadership with non-identifying personal information within 24 hours of a Restricted Report of sexual assault.
You will evaluate confidentiality and reporting requirements that could cause inappropriate release or disclosure or victim's identify and/or personal information.
You will conduct prevention activities in an effort to reduce sexual assault.
You will oversee the marketing of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Program, promoting of the SAPR Program and publicize SAPR initiatives.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Catch a Serial Offender (CATCH) Program, Defense Sexual Assault Incident Database (DSAID).
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program; directing, sustaining and overseeing prevention and support programs and activities; providing guidance and resolution to victim advocates ensuring integration, transparency and system accountability for sexual assault awareness, prevention, response, training and victim care is achieved.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Due to the nature of work in this position, the incumbent ma serve in an "on call" duty status outside of normal work hours that includes remaining in a reasonable call back radius, carrying a cell phone, staffing the 24/7 support line duty as needed; regularly checking email to respond to crises; remaining in a state of readiness to perform work with limitations on pursuing outside leisure activities while on call; and/or reporting to a designated post of duty to be ready to or to perform work.
Education

Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
or
Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
or
Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
