Duties

You will assure that services are provided in the most efficient and cost effective manner. You will receive general outlines on objectives, administrative direction and assignments in terms of broadly defined missions or functions. You will provide general instructions, standard procedures, overall priorities and policies. You will provide compensation and other rewards to recognize performance. You will manage and participates in the development and administration of annual budgets. You will exercise full supervisory responsibility for 24-hour a day operations of all components associated with the entire wastewater collection system. You will supervise a group of employees in a variety of predominately trades oriented occupations performing operations and maintenance services including preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, urgent repairs, and responding to emergencies. You will plan, direct, and coordinate a variety of related work operations and be responsible for multiple types of work.

Requirements

  • You will be required to possess and maintain a valid State Driver's License.
