About the Position: Serve as Real Estate Acquisition and Planning Program Manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Headquarters in Cincinnati, OH.
Duties
Serve as Senior Regional Realty Specialist for all Real Estate Planning and Acquisition of the Civil Works and Military Programs throughout the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division (LRD), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Formulate and issue MSC policies and procedures, ensuring Division wide acquisition and real estate planning activities support HQUSACE objectives and comply with Federal and State laws and regulations.
Provide real estate analysis, issue resolution and approval of project feasibility and engineering studies to assure that real estate requirements are fully addressed.
Exercise technical authority in the acquisition of real estate by purchase, donation, condemnation, lease and license.
Provide advice and consultation to the Division Commander, Chief of Real Estate, and the Programs and Regional Business Directorates.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes developing policies and procedures to ensure acquisition and real estate planning activities support objectives and comply with Federal and State laws and regulations; advising on Real Estate acquisition and planning activities; and providing professional leadership and stability to ensure communication of established real estate goals and objectives.
