This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: This is a pay banded position. The NH-04 encompasses grades 14 and 15 on the General Schedule.
Duties
Formulates and receives civilian and military personnel accomplishments such as civilian performance management objectives.
Develops briefings, coordinating with the union, on matters related to agreements in affect.
Serves as the Action Officer on special assignments and requests for interpretive guidance in specific program areas to include automation, alternate dispute resolution, Army Acquisition Corps, labor relations, FECA, and the like.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearence.
- Temporary Duty (TDY) may be required up to 20% of the time.
- This is a Term NTE 2 years position.
