Duties
Prepare technical updates relative to performance management indicators for analysis of efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze performance measures and organizational financial management status and position.
Analyze, review and determine root cause where/when performance does not meet/exceed metrics.
Prepare supporting documentation and attends periodic meetings with the Director as required.
Brief leadership on changes and new directives proposed by the working group.
Provides technical and administrative advice, information and assistance to the organization's managers.

- Time after Competitive Appointment: Candidates must have served 3 months after latest competitive appointment in the Federal service.

Qualifications
You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.
One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-11) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized experience is defined as Selecting approaches and methods to be used in data collection; analyzing performance measures and organizational financial management status and positions; and preparing comprehensive reports on performance analysis, and brief senior leadership on technical updates.
Time-in-Grade: Current or former federal employees who have held a GS position in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement. To be considered for the GS-12, applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-11 or higher in the Federal service.
Education
Education is not substitutable for specialized experience at this grade level.
