We are looking for students to hire into Pathways Intern Program.  This program facilitates the college-to-career transition by providing opportunities in a variety of career tracks.Location of position: Public Buildings Service Mid-Atlantic Region, Philadelphia, PA.Additional vacancies may be filled from this announcement as needed.

Duties

As an intern, you will be introduced and provided work experience and knowledge of functions and operations of a specific PBS Division. Typical duties may include any of the following:

Qualifications

To qualify at the GS-4 level, you must have completed at least two full academic years of post-high school study OR an associate's degree in a qualifying program.

Education

​Students: Current students enrolled at least half-time in an accredited college (including 4-year colleges/universities, community colleges, and junior colleges); professional, technical, vocational, and trade school; advanced degree programs; or other qualifying educational institution pursuing a qualifying degree or certificate. ​

Qualifying educational institutions/programs for Pathways include: a high school/GED whose curriculum has been approved by a state or local governing body, or a home-school curriculum; and any accredited technical or vocational school, 2- or 4-year college or university, a graduate or professional school, or a post-secondary home-school curriculum.
