About the Position: This position is located at 19TH MDG Little Rock Air Force Base in Pulaski, Arkansas.
Duties
Directly assist the activity leadership in the management of all activity administrative support program functions.
Ensure activity program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and higher-level directives.
Perform other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization. Develop, establish, update, and maintain office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office.
Serve as an activity liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices. Assist the activity leadership in the performance of administrative functions associated with the supervision of military and civilian employees.
Responsible for programs: security program, supply program, civilian timecard program and activity recognition program.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position has mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirements and is subject to annual seasonal influenza vaccinations unless otherwise exempted for medical or religious reasons (documentation of exemption must be provided upon hire).
- A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
- This position is a Testing Designated Position subject to pre-employment screening and random drug testing. Selectees will be required to consent to participation in random drug urinalysis testing.
- Moderate to heavy lifting up to 15 pounds is required.
