You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING TECHNICIAN in the MARINER SKILLS TRAINING CENTER PACIFIC (MSTCPAC) of SURFACE WARFARE SCHOOLS COMMAND.
Duties
You will have knowledge of the policies, procedures and precedents that apply to CETARS, Naval Military Personnel Accounting Procedures, and personnel support (e.g., pay, allowances, check-in procedures).
You will have the ability to maintain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) standards for all documentation in accordance with Navy policy.
You will review completed work of subordinates to ensure supervisor’s instruction on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines are met.
You will have the ability to act as the Command Pay/Personnel Administrative Support (CPPA).
You will act as a Coordinator Command Liaison to all servicing Transaction Support Centers (TSCs) for students’ major concern/issues/problems on all pay and personnel matters, ensuring effective resolution.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of the policies, procedures and precedents that apply to CETARS, Naval Military Personnel Accounting Procedures, and personnel support; 2) Reviewing completed work of subordinates to ensure supervisor's instruction on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines are met; and 3) Acting as the Command Pay/Personnel Administrative Support (CPPA) Coordinator Command Liaison to all servicing Transaction Support Centers (TSCs) for students.
