About the Position: This position is located at the U.S. Army National Guard Readiness Center, HCM Civilian Management Branch in Arlington, Virginia. About the Surrounding Area: Situated in Northern Virginia on the south bank of the Potomac River directly across from Washington D.C. Arlington is headquarters to many departments and agencies of the federal government, including the Department of Defense and is the location of many national memorials and museums.

Duties

Develop employment statistics utilizing computerized databases. Provide expert advice, consultant services and support to the coordination of recruiting, employment, career advancement and training, and retention of employees and applicants with disabilities . Provide oversight of all reasonable accommodation initiatives within Headquarters, Army National Guard. Plan and coordinate training programs and hiring strategies specific to disability hiring guidelines.
