About the position: This position will be assigned to the Community Center on Ellsworth AFB. Must be able to frequently lift and carry light-to-medium objects weighing 10 to 30 pounds. This is a flexible work schedule with no minimum guaranteed hours; however, you may work up to 40 hours.

Duties

Performs a variety of simple, manual tasks involving the use of simple hand tools and equipment. Picks up trash and paper from ground and work areas. Cleans restrooms and performs housekeeping duties. Spreads abrasives and/or chemicals on icy surfaces; shovels snow. Uses hand trucks and/or dollies to move bulky but relatively light loads. Must be physically able to frequently lift and carry light to medium objects weighing 10 to 30 pounds. May occasionally be required to lift and carry objects weighing up to 45 pounds.

Education

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
