DCSA's Human Capital Management Office is looking for a Program Manager for our Student Internship Program. The incumbent will provide administrative oversight and planning for the Student Experience. This job requires a proactive individual with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage a dynamic and expanding Student Internship Program. The incumbent will provide program advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and implement program changes.

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GG/GS-13 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
Lead and mange a student internship program or project with minimal guidance or instruction.
Administer short and long-range plans and projects to satisfy specific requirements and/or accommodate multiple needs.
Engage and communicate, both orally and in writing, with a diverse range of stakeholders both internal and external.
Apply a wide range of program, project and analytical knowledge for the purpose of resolving complex/multifaceted program and project management issues.
Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:
