This is an office-centered position*--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.

Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-09 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent at the GS-07 level defined as experience in database entry; retrieving, reviewing, monitoring and tracking program information;- OR master's or equivalent graduate degree; or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.B. or J.D., if related; degree in an academic discipline related to this position; - OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
-Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations pertaining to the Superfund Program.
-Knowledge of methods and methods and procedures to organize, evaluate, and interpret and analyze facts from potentially vast amounts of information related to complex environmental problems and enforcement actions.
-Ability to make recommendations to the Enforcement team based on liability and viability information collected during the investigations
-Knowledge of investigative methods and techniques in civil field of case studies
-Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to develop concise reports, interview summaries and enforcement documents for civil cases.
-Ability to work as a member of a team and adjust to continually changing priorities.
-Knowledge of computer software.
