You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Industrial Operations Directorate (SEA 04), Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (PMO 555) of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT. You will serve as the management analyst for a newly stood up Major Acquisition Program Office (PMO 555).

Duties

You will serve as a lead program analyst in the Corporate Operations Division responsible for managing SIOP workforce planning, manpower, resource management, analysis, metrics, reporting, training and other corporate administrative functions. You will be responsible with expertly delivering policy and solutions to build, sustain and modernize the Naval Shipyards as pertains to the SIOP workforce. You will also be responsible to lead workforce and corporate operations activities in concert with the NAVSEA and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing administrative policies, standard operating procedures and process improvement efforts to support the SIOP program office. You will demonstrate knowledge of workforce planning and manpower management, and administrative/ corporate operations functions (to include records management, security management, logistics management for ceremonies, etc.).

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final SECRET security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band NH-03 (GS-13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing management, financial and business analysis functions to support various Naval Shipyards, programs and projects.
