You will serve as a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR (OA) in the MWR, Cat A Activities, Fleet Readiness Division of NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY ANDERSEN GUAM.

Duties

You will assist the commander/director in the management of administrative support program functions. You will be responsible for preparation, maintenance, and deposition of required administrative reports and other correspondence. You will develop, establish, update, and maintain office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operations of office. You will ensure consistency and regulatory compliance by advising the commander and office staff in accordance with rules, regulations, and policies. You will be responsible for programs such as task management, Government Travel Card (GTC) program, drug demand reduction program, health care program, fitness program, Government Purchases Card (GPC) program, safety program, Automated Data.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience in providing administrative and typing clerical support by establishing and maintaining records, processing memoranda and other forms of communication, preparing and editing written correspondence and reports using office automation software, and producing documents requiring complex formats such as graphics or tables. This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
