Duties
Serve as an Administrative Support Assistant to Patient Administrative DIVISI(PAD).
Serve in the capacity as functional assistant to the OTSG-MEDCOM Physical Disability Evaluation and Health Information Teams.
Serve as advisor to management and source of information and knowledge in all administrative aspects of the operation of the Office.
Maintain cognizance of operating situations and activities being carried out in the organization to determine need for administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).

- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.

Specialized Experience: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07grade level in the Federal service which includes: organization with responsibility for coordinating and performing a variety of specialized duties essential to the orderly and efficient accomplishment of the work of the Patient Administration Division (PAD), Health Policy and Services, The Office of the Surgeon General. The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
