This position is located within the Contract Development and Administration organization (TPCC), Customer Service Engineering (TPC), Transmission Planning and Asset Management (TP), Transmission Services (T), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).
A successful candidate in the position will perform work associated with engineering design and implementation to support BPA's electrical transmission, distribution, control, measurement, and utilization projects, systems, and processes.

- This position does not support remote work. You will be required to report physically to the official reporting worksite as specified by the supervisor, but no less than 3 days per pay period.

BASIC REQUIREMENT:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
GS-11: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-10) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience in developing drawings using computer design software such as computer-aided design (CAD) to 1) support customer service engineering projects and 2) develop and maintain internal technical documentation.
GS-12: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience in developing drawings using computer design software to include computer-aided design (CAD) to 1) support critical customer service engineering projects, 2) provide guidance to engineers and other technicians and contractors, and 3) develop and maintain internal technical documentation.
