You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the INTERNATIONAL SMALL COMBATANTS PROGRAM OFFICE (PMS 525) of PEO UNMANNED AND SMALL COMBATANTS.
Duties
You will oversee program resources for multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases, which requires leading a team to complete many tasks with set processes and timelines.
You will perform financial and programmatic analysis and make recommendations based on findings to senior leadership.
You will advise on a wide variety of interrelated subject matter, including financial, contractual, programmatic, or other program office focus areas requiring specialized ability to correlate and corroborate information into reports and records.
You will establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects concerning the development, installation, integration, and testing, relative to the acquisition process.
You will prepare coordinated reports, presentations and briefings in support of program actions.
You will lead studies, surveys, reviews, and research projects to evaluate program accomplishments, effectiveness, and compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.
You will prepare data for presentations or reports on financial goals, objectives, and information to meet programmatic, budgetary, management initiatives, and directives.
You will analyze and evaluate effectiveness of program requirements throughout the lifecycle.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (GS-13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses of acquisition programs within an organization to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of business process strategies applied to these programs, and develop process improvement plans where needed.
