The FAA Human Resource Management Office of Career and Leadership Development (AHD) provides career and leadership development courses and programs to employees and managers across the FAA. This is not a remote position but is eligible for telework. You will have to report to the duty location in Washington, D.C.
Duties
The Instructional Design Specialist will support the analysis, planning, design, development, validation, and evaluation of non-technical learning and development programs and courses. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Qualifications
FV-FTo qualify for this position at the FV-F/FG/GS-5 level you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least three years of progressively responsible general experience that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, recognize solutions, plan and organize work and convey information, with at least one year equivalent to the FG/GS-4 level.OREducation substitution:
Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree, gained from an accredited college or university.If qualifying based on education, you must upload or fax a copy of your unofficial or official transcripts at time of application.
