Marine Forces Reserve is the headquarters command for approximately 100,000 Reserve Marines and 158 Reserve Training Centers located throughout the United States, and Puerto Rico. The United States Marine Corps Reserve was established when Congress passed the Naval Appropriations Act of Aug. 29, 1916 and is responsible for providing trained units and qualified individuals for mobilization to active duty in time of war, national emergency, or contingency operations.
Duties
You will maintains and provides data (stats) on PDHRA, when requested. Identifies and interprets regulations, policies, procedures and precedents related to PDHRA and Tri-care Reserve Select (TRS) program to assist medical personnel.
You will maintain knowledge on obtaining data (stats) on TRS, to assist Corpsman, when required.
You will Initiate actions resulting from higher headquarters and/or other organizations regarding previous actions, past decisions or other nonroutine circumstances.
You will prepare weekly reports and training as required.
You will serve as Subject Matter Expert for LOD/TNPQ/MRR, and IMA Medical Readiness.
You will serve as the subject matter expert for the Line of Duty (LOD), Temporarily Not Physically Qualified (TNPQ), Medical Record Review (MRR), IMA medical readiness, regulations and policies ensuring they are properly administered.
You will maintain and provides reports on LOD, TNPQ, MRR, IMA medical readiness. Provide Measure of Effectiveness (MOE).
You will Identify, track and ensure proper administrative reporting of all personnel on light duty or processing thought the PEB; monitor personnel on medical hold, Marines sent home awaiting final disposition by the PEB.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties which require attention and continuity to establish procedures, policies and directives governing the administration of the medical readiness by partnering with the Medical section. The incumbent
provides specialized knowledge and expertise of the military and medical administrative practices and programs in support of the active duty and IMA medical readiness requirements.
