You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST within the Customer and Operations Division (N5232), International Programs Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT (N52).

Duties
You will conduct studies of procedures, work methods, functions, space, equipment, and material usage to improve the efficiency, economy, and effectiveness of DoD Informational Program (IP) support operations.
You will advise management of the impact on changing internal and external policies or procedures.
You will coordinate and consolidate responses to issues and inquiries such as reviews of instructions and general project information.
You will serve as the subject matter expert on the Security Cooperation Education and Training Program (SCETP) and on all International Military Student (IMS) matters.
You will assist in coordinating all foreign visit requests (FVR) to the Command, including one-time, recurring, and extended visits.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing customer service and support, as well as resolving technical, logistical, and administrative issues; 2) Organizing, scheduling, and administering delivery of briefings and training sessions: 3) Efficiently coordinating and communicating with internal and external agencies; and 4) Providing administrative and support processes for Foreign Military personnel.
