You will serve as a Material Examiner & Identifier of STRIKE FIGHTER WING PACIFIC STAFF.

Duties

You will inspect and identify items received for adherence to government specifications and assign correct classification. You will receive and sort incoming ready-for-issue (RFI) and non-RFI aeronautical material. You will perform a broad range of standard storage assignments including re-warehousing and consolidation. You will inspect stored/on-hand property for deterioration or damage using established age and package criteria. You will perform a broad range of material handling assignments. You will pack and/or preserve a wide variety of equipment, parts, tools, materials, and other items.

• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
• Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
