The primary duty location for this position is the JBSA Lackland NAF Bowling Center.
This is a regular part-time category position with guaranteed 20 hours per week. May work up to 40 hrs/week. Employees appointed to a regular category position are eligible for benefits.
Duties
Monitors operations of the bowling center. Uses work processing software to produce variety of documents. Transmits and received documents and messages electronically using personal computer or workstation that is networked or linked to other computers or workstations throughout the work area or organization. Types a variety of material from rough draft or handwritten draft such as correspondence, forms, reports, messages, statistical or tabular material, memorandums, etc. associated with organization functions. Arranges the material in the form necessitated by the nature of the subject matter, the purpose for which is to be used, the format required by regulations, style manuals or policy. Performs all office duties such as receiving telephone calls and visitors, routing, filing and maintaining files. Prepares consolidated activity cashier's report, tracts accrual accounts, and charge reports, with accuracy and efficiency. Insures all receipts balance and deposits are prepared. Controls all funds. Manage the office supply account. Responsible for issue, receipt and control of all cash drawers. Calls in orders for beer, liquor and coke products for the facility. Performs monthly inventories. The event coordinator, schedules birthday parties and special functions and ensures they are carried out as planned in addition to updating social media for the bowling center events. Ensures that only authorized personnel use the facility, and that bowling center rules, regulations and established procedures are followed. Provides instruction and guidance to bowling center employees. Must possess skill in dealing with customers, management and leadership.

Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
- This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use.
- This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situation.

Qualifying Experience:
Must have experience in typing and using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Must have the ability to make sound decisions, work efficiently under tight time constraints and deadlines. Must possess skill in dealing with customers, management and leadership.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of Bowling Center Air Force Instructions and procedures.
2. Must be able to communicate effectively, clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
3. General Knowledge of Air Force Regulations concerning FSS activities and their operation is desirable.
