THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST - Title 5, Position Description Number T5293000 and is part of the WI USPFO, Wisconsin National Guard.

Duties

Reviews, analyzes, and interprets supply directives and procedures. Responsible for branch logistical support program to ensure units/activities receive guidance and assistance required to correct problems and deficiencies. Directs and publishes procedures to unit/activity representatives for implementation/update of property management Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS). Analyzes results of property book reconciliations to determine if systemic problems exist. Coordinates with Army Material Command (AMC), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and National Guard Bureau (NGB) program managers to effect receipt of required equipment to support readiness objectives. *** This is NOT an all-inclusive list of duties. ***

Qualifications

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify for the GS-2003-09 position, you must have at least 24 months experience, education, or training dealing with cost estimates, budgets or funding management. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support. Candidate has Microsoft Suite experience and is knowledgeable on SAP data base platform for example: GCSS Army. Able to coordinate work with unit/activity representatives concerning priorities, procedures and work accomplishments. Candidate is able to review, analyze and interpret supply directives and procedures. Candidate has excellent customer service skills to be able to effectively work with multiple agencies. Able to coordinate system administration for the property management branch to include software and hardware changes.
