You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist in the Navy Information Operations Command (NIOC) Hawaii, Code N3. This position is located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Annex, Wahiawa, Hawaii.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 9.75% will be added to the stated salary.
Duties
You will provide technical advice on a wide range of complex analysis, evaluation, collection, interpretation, or dissemination of information and/or products relative to an assigned area(s).
You will plan, implement and maintain data bases for intelligence assignments required to process all-source
material and the production of technical or operational intelligence in his/her assigned area(s).
You will utilize knowledge of selective intelligence collection methods and systems, their capabilities and limitations, and appropriate tasking methods to provide technical guidance to team members.
You will conduct senior intelligence work requiring expert knowledge from a diverse range of concepts, principles and techniques in multiple fields of the intelligence profession, as well as an extensive background, and expertise in SIGINT.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You must acknowledge in writing that you are accepting an appointment in the DCIPS (excepted service) which does not confer competitive status, prior to appointment.
- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
- Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
- All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a 2-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.Planning Cyberspace operations to include information operations and strategic messaging in support of Operations within an AOC via classified systems; 2. Identifying Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), testing, training principles, concepts, directives, practices, tactics, and techniques; 3. Devising, executing, and participating with major/combatant command exercises or Cyberspace operations; 4. Performing Cyberspace Warfare operations focused on offensive and defensive Cyberspace Warfare operations and 5. Demonstrating familiarity with mitigating threats to cyberspace and operations, and DoD mission planning systems.
