About the Position: This position is with the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research Engineer Lab (CRREL).

Duties

Develops and deploys Geographic Information System (GIS) databases, hardware and software in support of a variety of CRREL and RS/GIS research projects. Defines work priorities and implements methods to meet field requirements. Participates in project planning efforts including the scheduling and budgeting process. Develops strategies for data management and distribution in cooperation with CRREL personnel and other Federal agencies. Originates new and improved applications and strategies for engineering or architecture concepts, theories, and principles
