This position is located in the Financial Management Directorate, Library Collections and Services Group. 

Duties

This position serves as a Data Analyst located in the Financial Management Directorate (FMD) within the Library Collections and Services Group (LCSG) at the Library of Congress (Library) and reports to the Director of Financial Management. FMD provides oversight, stewardship, and risk management for all budgetary and financial management activities of LCSG to support the mission and priorities for the functions and business units that comprise LCSG.

Qualifications

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Knowledge of financial program/project management and data assessment techniques.** Ability to perform financial management data collection and analysis functions.** Ability to provide outreach, consultation and liaison services. Ability to prepare written and presentation materials. Ability to interact collaboratively with others. Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
