This position serves as a Management and Program Analyst (MPA) and reports directly to the Technical Operations, Technical Services Organization: Operations Engineering Support Group; EOSH Support Operations Group; or Operations Support Staff. The Technical Services organization provides policy, support and technical services in support of the Air Traffic Organization (ATO).

Qualifications

Basic Requirements: To qualify at the FV-G pay band level, applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to at least the next lower pay band or grades (FV-F or GS-FG-5-9).To qualify for the FV-H pay band level, applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower pay band or grade (FV-G or GS FG-10/11).Specialized experience must be at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower level. Experience must be directly related to the position to be filled which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties.FV-G Specialized experience includes Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications, Data Analysis Software, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Teams or other similar collaboration tools. Demonstrates proficiency in spreadsheet analysis using Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables, and experience conducting detailed analysis of data.FV-H Specialized experience includes experience from the FV-G level and Demonstrates experience with one or more of the following applications: Tableau, Power BI, Visio Geographic Information system (GIS) software. Experience developing and executing presentations to target audiences.Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
