This vacancy is for a PROGRAM MANAGER position in the Administrative & Customer Services Division located at the U.S. Census Bureau Headquarters in Suitland, Maryland. The Census Bureau is accessible from the Metro Rail Green Line - Suitland Station.
Duties
Manages and leads a diverse team in achieving the mission of the organization.
Serves as program manager and/or advisor on the Implementation and evaluation of occupational health programs.
Serves as program manager and/or advisor on the implementation and evaluation of safety and claims programs
Supervises and oversees multiple projects to ensure delivery of quality results, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience: For the GS-15, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes the ability to oversee issues related to budget projections and participate with senior leaders from the governing body, management, and staff in upholding the facility mission, vision, value, and developing strategic plans to address management related issues. Supervising, overseeing, and proving guidance and technical direction to staff related to federally implemented health and wellness programs such as a health unit and/or employee assistance program and be familiar with federal safety regulations as outlined by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Education: Education can not be substituted for experience.
