About the position: This position will be assigned to the Moo's & Brew's, Beale AFB, CA.. This position is Regular Full Time, guaranteed 35 hours per week and receives benefits.

Duties

Plans, directs, and supervises the activities of the entire food and beverage operation of the Moo's & Brew's. Responsible on a day to day basis for food and beverage controls, managing operations costs, maintaining stock levels/daily inventories, and determining food and beverage requirements and related supplies. Tracks inventory and prepares reports and other documents reflecting the status of the food and beverage operation. Responsible for interviewing, selecting, promoting, and disciplining staff. Assigns and directs subordinates, creating weekly schedules and assigning workers to their duties. Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
• This position requires the incumbent to complete assigned training, to include Food Handlers certification, within specified time from date hire or assignment to position.
• This position requires shift work. Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

This experience may have been gained in the operation or management of a civilian or military club/bowling facility. Education

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
