Qualifications

To qualify at the ZA-4 or GS-13 level: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the ZA-3 or GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience MUST include all of the following: Managing a portfolio of facilities contracts across multiple facilities in geographically dispersed locations with competing priorities and budgetary constraints. Overseeing General Services Administration (GSA) leased and non-leased properties. Independently managing facilities projects requiring the services of multiple disciplines from project initiation phase through project closeout. Requires ability to stand for long periods of time, ascend/descend ladders, access confined spaces, work in potentially harsh weather conditions on uneven surfaces.
